Flipper Mag Glass and Acrylic cleaner
The Flipper Mag's patented design creates the only aquarium cleaner that can FLIP from one side of glass to another by simply rotating the handle. Complete cleaning without ever getting your hands wet! Each Flipper Mag includes two blades, one for glass surfaces (Metal blade) and one for acrylic surfaces (plastic blade).
Flipping is Easy once you know how, but it does require you to follow the instructions. It's possible to flip in areas with low water currents and near the top of the tank where you have room to flip away from your rocks. The Flipper Mag can be used on glass or acrylic tanks up to 12mm (1/2") thickness.
The Metal blades are made with 316 stainless steel which is highly corrosion resistant. You can leave the Flipper Mag in your tank and the blade should last for months depending on your use. Bow-Front aquarium owners will also be pleased to know that the Flipper Mag is also compatible with bow-front aquariums. The blade attachment is great for removing coralline algae and stubborn algae. No. Mag-Flip was made by another company using our patent license. We were not satisfied with the way that product performed so we did not renew the licensing agreement. We spent the next 18 months perfecting Flipper with stronger magnets, stainless steel blade and a more efficient scrubbing pad....it was worth the wait!
