The Finnex HMS heater is a modern digital heater with simple controls and design features that make it an excellent choice for heating your reef. The HMS heaters feature an integrated touchpad control interface and bright digital temperature display which mounts outside of the aquarium for quick and easy readings and adjustments.
This heater also has a remote temperature probe which allows you to place the probe at the best place in your aquarium to ensure the most accurate readings, and the probe also has an out of water sensor function to further protect your aquarium.

Advanced Temp Control
The HMS series uses an advanced digital processor that monitors and controls the water temperature in your aquarium. The remote sensor contains no bi-metallic contacts to arc, corrode, or wear out. This allows the HMS heaters to have precise control, keeping the water temperature stable while avoiding wide temp swings common with many other aquarium heaters.

Durable and Reliable Heating Element
The heating element is constructed of corrosion-resistant titanium, making it virtually unbreakable. The heating element also comes with a protective heater guard which prevents fish and other equipment from coming into contact with the heating tube.
